For lunch last weekend I made some quick and easy BFBs (aka bacon, fig, and brie sandwiches). They were so good we barely spoke during lunch. The heat from bacon melts the brie just a little, making it gooey and so, so delicious.
Bacon, fig and brie sandwiches
Ingredients:
Sliced bread of your choosing
8 slices of bacon
Brie
Fig jam
Place bacon in a pan and cook until they are slightly crispy on each side. While the bacon is cooking, toast your sandwich bread. Spread toast with fig jam on each side. Place one or two slices of bacon on one side and brie slices on the other, then combine.
Enjoy with iced tea and potato chips.

Sounds rich but the flavors go well with each other.
this sounds like the most amazing sandwich. i think i will make it this weekend!
