BReakfast BRunch VIsitors

If you sit still long enough, just about everyone you know will pass through Manhattan at some point or another. This morning in particular the monk who runs the Tibetan orphanage I volunteered for after college was here. In from India I served him a simple breakfast of greek yogurt, blueberries, and granola and drizzled honey over it all. We sipped chai tea and chatted with @jennaarnold about life, how everyone in New York is “full of stressful”, and our future projects.

This morning was, in and of itself, a reason to love New York.

{I like to trim the stems of hydrangeas to the exact height of the vase so they create a nice, seamless, puffy bouquet}
