Yesterday I decided to get started on some Christmas baking. I had cut out a couple of recipes from the New York Times I wanted to try and settled on the Saltine Brickle. It was incredibly simple to make and as we all know, there’s nothing better than salty and sweet combined. My best friend Nicole was visiting and we made ourselves sufficiently sick to our stomachs sampling chunks of the cracker-chocolate goodness. We decided that it was well worth it though because this dessert really is that scrumptious.
I have a feeling I’m going to be making a second batch shortly.
