PUlling IT TOgether

You’ve seen bits of my apartment before but for the first time I’m ready to show you the whole thing (well, the living room at least). I’ve been in my West Village abode for a couple years and it’s definitely starting to feel like home. I’ve filled it with romantic antiques, stacks of books, and some of my oversized, messy paintings. This weekend I resolved to make some final, but necessary, improvements to it. First on my list, get a rug to pull my living room together and separate it from my “office” space. Next, hang the pictures that have been sitting on the floor since I moved in.

  1. i had an off-white/ivory rug in my room a while back, it was a nightmare to clean and keep clean! definitely don’t recommend it 🙂

  2. Yes – WHERE did you get that gorgeous chair?? The one in the corner near the window…it’s cozy and elegant, I love it! I need it!

  3. I think that the graphic rug or the cowhide would go best with the style of your living room. The classic look of your chairs and table will contrast nicely with the modern twist of the rug. It would incorporate the playfulness of your candles, books and toys with the rest of your apartment
