{ Christine‘s trench, Tommy Hilfiger sunglasses, Urban Boulder necklaces }

For those of you who don’t know (and why would you unless you are also an October baby) my birth stone is opal. I’ve always loved the stone’s swirling colors and iridescent sheen so, when I was introduced to the new jewelry line Urban Boulder I was intrigued. The stones are Australian opals and the designs remind me of the jewelry I discovered while on a road trip through Santa Fe. I like layering them, because hey, there’s no such thing as too much funky, precious, indulgent, where-did-you-get-that jewelry. At least in my book.

  1. Your scarf looks so cozy! I’m a huge fan of opals. I used to go through my mom’s jewelry in search of her opal ring and just stare at it all day. I never seen this type of opal before but I certainly like the unique look of it! I want one of their opal rings but a little too pricey for me. =0(

  2. I love that scarf! I’d happily trade in my birthstone of emeralds for your opals. I love the sheen and colors that opals give off-so pretty. I’ve awarded you with a Stylish Blogger’s Award today on my site, Congrats! I would love it if you participated, I would love to learn 7 random facts about yourself. Have a fantastic weekend!
