When I’ve been going out, having one too many “I’ll just have a sparkling water, er, make that a Grey Goose martini” nights, I do this detox as a little reprieve. Especially when I have to get in a bikini in the impending future. My favorite part of the diet is the miso soup– and since I can’t follow any sort of rule, especially one that involves food deprivation, I like to add extra seaweed, tofu, and scallions to my version.



  1. Me to. This looks so yummy. What are the ingridients? When I have to many drinks, I wind up with a head ache the next day, and I just want to close my eyes alot. That is not good.
