When I’m in Marin I embrace my NorCal hippie dippy roots like nobodies’ business. Gone is my extra-large coffee with half & half, and in its place I have green tea and a fresh smoothie. Instead of a techno-infused spin class at six am, I take long quiet hikes on Mt. Tamalpais. Sometimes I’ll even put down my phone and pause to meditate.*

Raspberry and almond milk smoothie
1 cup original or vanilla almond milk
1-2 oz firm lite silken tofu
Handful of raspberries
Bunch of mint leaves
Other add-in options: raw almonds, vanilla extract, apple juice, Green Superfood.
