Marbled christmas cookies

Introducing the easiest decorating technique of all time: marbled cookies. I just love how dreamy they look. I used my Great Grandmother’s sour cream cookie recipe but any ol’ sugar cookie will work.

1. Make three different colors of royal icing and pour onto plate as pictured
2. Place a cookie in the center of the icing
3. Twist and pull up
4. Let dry

  1. Great story about baking cookies, but not nearly as exciting as the old days, when you were a DABA girl, looking to find and marry a guy with big money. Whatever happened to that?
