It was a fabulous two weeks, but a long two weeks. Below is what I packed for my epic journey to Dallas, L.A., Santa Barbara, and San Francisco. I like to travel light and learned a long time ago as long as you plan ahead you can easily make due with just a few key pieces. It’s really all about the details (as with most things in life). I easily swapped out the same four dresses for meetings, dinners, and weddings by simply changing my jewelry, shoes, or scarf.

Porter Grey dress, Dannijo necklace, Joie dress, Hermes scarf, One Girl Who… jacket.

Hat Attack hat seen here and here.

Manolos, Jimmy flats, vintage clutch, Lilla P tees (that I can’t live without)

{ Kimberly Taylor dress c/o, Franco Sarto boots }

Saturday night. Sometimes you just need to dance. As was the case this weekend. M and I decided to brave the cold, donned our best getting jiggy with it duds, and hit the dance floor. This dress was a gift from the lovely ladies at Kimberly Taylor– it hangs in a way that doesn’t cling, the dip and sheer fabric in the back is beyond sexy, and somehow it magically make you an incredible dancer worthy of your own role in Burlesque. The only thing this dress doesn’t do is cure the next day pain from staying out until 5 am.
